Trust and accountability

Trust is built into the process.

Clear evidence. Named responsibility. A correction path for the professional. These principles guide every part of the AEZI model, and they are published before the product exists.

Four principles

What we will hold ourselves to.

01

Evidence before claims

A qualification, an experience record, a facility credential and a registration each answer a different question. Source, date and reviewer matter.

02

Two duties, held together

Institutions need defensible processes. Professionals need fair treatment, correction rights and clear accountability.

03

Human judgment at the consequence

AI can assist with extraction, coordination and review preparation. Hiring, privileges and adverse findings require accountable human review.

04

Local rights, global capability

Portable evidence helps explain readiness. It does not replace a regulator, a visa decision or an institution's credentialing committee.

Three states

Every item in a file is one of three things.

When AEZI operates this work, each element carries one of three states. Pending is not a pass, and an adverse result is escalated to a person.

Stated

The person said so.

A self-statement, labelled as one.

Verified

A named source confirmed.

With a date, and a reviewer.

Pending

Nobody has answered yet.

Not a pass. Not a fail. Visible.

Availability

A public standard for a platform in development.

AEZI welcomes professional, institutional and partnership enquiries. The professional dossier, employer workspace and wider lifecycle services are planned capabilities. They are not open for general use on this website.

Questions worth asking

Is AEZI a job board?

No. The model extends beyond recruitment into credential readiness, contracting, protection, development and assurance. This public site takes enquiries, not applications for clinical posts, and lists no live vacancies.

Does AEZI issue licences or grant clinical privileges?

No. Registration belongs to the relevant regulator and clinical privileges belong to the responsible institution. AEZI's planned role is to organise evidence and make readiness gaps visible.

Can I upload my documents here?

No. Please use the contact page for a first enquiry and do not send licences, identity documents or anything about a patient. Document collection will require a controlled workspace with its own access and privacy arrangements.

How will AI be used?

To assist with repetitive work such as extraction, classification, chasing missing items, preparing reviews and watching expiries. Hiring, privileging and adverse findings stay with accountable people.

Are payroll, insurance and legal services live?

No. They belong to the wider roadmap. Delivery models and authorised partners must be established before any of those services are offered.

Which professions and countries are covered?

The model is designed for regulated healthcare professions and begins from India. Pathway pages are planning frameworks, not eligibility decisions, and requirements vary by profession, destination and date.

A question we have not answered?

Write to the desk. We would rather be asked than assumed.
