01 / IDENTIFY
Make capability visible.
A structured professional identity joins qualifications, clinical experience, registrations and role-specific skills in one record that grows across a career.
For professionals
State your training, posts and registrations once. Your self-statement is labelled as a statement, never presented as proof.
For organizations
Receive a structured record instead of reconstructing a person from a pile of disconnected documents.
AccountabilityThe professional owns the record.
02 / VERIFY
Put a source behind every claim.
Attach provenance, verification dates and review status to qualifications, employment history and registration evidence.
For professionals
See which items are confirmed, by whom, and when. Pending stays pending. It is never silently passed.
For organizations
Know what is verified against a named source and what is still the candidate's own statement.
AccountabilityA named source confirms. Software does not.
03 / MATCH
Find the capability the role requires.
Translate a workforce requirement into evidenced skills, clinical scope and readiness gaps, then explain why a match is a match.
For professionals
Be considered for what you can demonstrably do, not for the keywords on a CV.
For organizations
Define the work and the evidence first. Search for people whose record explains the fit.
AccountabilityPeople own the selection decision.
04 / CONTRACT
Make the relationship explicit.
Connect role scope, employment terms, service agreements and tender workflows, with qualified legal review.
For professionals
Understand the terms, obligations and protections attached to an engagement before you commit.
For organizations
Create auditable agreements that stay connected to workforce context.
AccountabilityLegal review stays with qualified counsel.
05 / PROTECT
Build protection around the work.
Coordinate indemnity, liability cover, benefits and workforce risk with appropriately authorised partners.
For professionals
See cover, benefits and obligations inside the same lifecycle, not as afterthoughts.
For organizations
Give workforce risk and assurance a clear owner and a documented process.
AccountabilityCoverage depends on policy terms and an authorised insurer.
06 / DEPLOY
Turn selection into readiness.
Bring credentials, onboarding, privileges and jurisdiction-specific requirements into one actionable checklist.
For professionals
See the path from offer to lawful readiness, including what is still missing.
For organizations
Track the blockers between an accepted offer and a productive first shift.
AccountabilityPractice rights remain local.
07 / DEVELOP
Keep capability growing.
Connect learning plans, assessment and competency evidence to the next role, privilege or geography.
For professionals
Build the evidence your next step requires, and keep it in the record.
For organizations
Tie development spend to real capability gaps and future workforce needs.
AccountabilityLearning is not accreditation unless a body says so.
08 / PERFORM
Understand how work is working.
Support transparent, role-relevant performance review and workflow intelligence under human accountability.
For professionals
Receive clear feedback and development signals that a person has reviewed.
For organizations
Use governed analytics to see capacity, efficiency and performance patterns.
AccountabilitySoftware surfaces patterns. A person reviews consequences.
09 / ASSURE
Close the loop with evidence.
Audit trail, compliance monitoring, benefits assurance and governance complete the lifecycle around healthcare work.
For professionals
Carry forward a clearer record of status, obligations and development.
For organizations
Keep traceability across workforce, contractual and assurance decisions.
AccountabilityAn audit trail someone else can replay.
Platform roadmap. These capabilities are being developed and are not presently available as services.
Six workstreams
Where the work actually happens.
Each workstream carries one sentence AEZI is willing to be held to.
01
Recruit
Sourcing, screening and interview coordination for clinical and healthcare-operations roles.
A model may rank. A person makes the consequential decision.
02
Verify
Identity, qualifications, registration status and employment history, checked against a named source.
Extracting a field from a PDF is not primary-source verification.
03
Onboard
Checklists, documents and contracts between the parties who will actually employ and work.
Templates are not legal advice. Classification is stated, not implied away.
04
Pay
Payroll inputs, statutory workflows and reconciliation, beside the engine that already calculates.
Integrate first. A credential lapse does not erase pay for work already done.
05
Train
Learning plans, assessment and a record of competency the next privilege review can see.
Completion inside AEZI is not an accredited certificate unless a body says so.
06
Protect
A correction path for the worker. A documented process for the employer. Evidence kept with a purpose.
Not a blacklist, not a secret score, and not a substitute for counsel.
Who it is for, first
Healthcare is the starting category, not one compliance manual.
Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic networks, pharmacies and the people functions inside pharmaceutical and medical companies. A nurse council, a pharmacy register and a physician's specialist list are different clocks.
Where it sits
Recruitment houses sell access to people. Payroll platforms sell calculation. Credentialing systems sell files. Consulting firms sell advice. AEZI's bet is the joined clinical lifecycle, with a duty written down for both parties. That combination is contested. It is not an empty field, and this site will not pretend it is.
Sequence, not dates
What is real, and what comes after.
Now
A public record
This site states the practice, the limits and the desk in Chennai. It takes enquiries, not applications.
Next
One painful file
One jurisdiction, one customer type, credential readiness done so a surveyor can replay it.
Later
The wider lifecycle
Contracting, protection, development and assurance, each only once its delivery model and partners are real.
