For professionals

Your career should accumulate evidence, not restart from zero.

Physicians, nurses, midwives, allied health and the people who keep a service standing. AEZI is being built so you assemble the file once, and send it only where the law will receive you.

How it works

Four moves. You stay in the loop.

01

You state

Identity, training, posts and the registrations you already hold. A self-statement is labelled as a statement.

02

A source confirms

The school, the council, the insurer, or an accepted equivalent. If the source has not answered, the item is pending, never passed.

03

You see the gap

A destination is a list of what is still missing: exam, language, visa, good standing, privilege evidence. Not a green light to practise.

04

You can correct it

A wrong date or a stale flag has a path back to a reviewer. An employer's allegation is not published as your reputation.

What the record holds

More than a degree and a date.

The professional record is designed to carry the evidence a hospital actually asks for.

  • Education and postgraduate training

  • Experience with case and practice evidence

  • Credential and registration status

  • Upskilling and assessment over time

  • Pathways and opportunity matching

  • Correction and dispute path

Before you write

Where does your file stand?

A private checklist for organising your first conversation. It runs in your browser and submits nothing.

There is no application vault on this site. When the professional record opens, it will ask for documents inside a controlled workspace, not through a public form.

Use this checklist to organise a first conversation. Your selections stay in this page and are never submitted.

A preparation tool, not a verification result or eligibility assessment.

The lifecycle, from your side

Nine stages. You see all 9.
