Credential standard
A public statement of method. It is not a credentials-committee policy and it does not bind any hospital's bylaws.
Primary-source verification means confirming a fact with the body that issued it, or with an equivalent source the programme has named in advance. A photocopy, a résumé and a model's summary are evidence of a claim. They are not the verification.
When AEZI operates this work, each element in a file will carry one of three states: stated, verified or pending. Pending is not a pass. A failed or adverse result is escalated to a person. It is not closed by software.
Registration and privileging remain with the council and the facility. AEZI may prepare the packet, watch an expiry and show the gap. It does not grant the privilege and it does not enter a name on a medical register.
A worker may ask for a correction. AEZI will not circulate an employer's allegation as a portable score. Institutions may see what they are entitled to see for a role they are actually considering, not a standing dossier of everyone who ever wrote in.
